JIYU works with renovation firms and design studios across Malaysia in one of two ways. If you do not run your own carpentry workshop, we manufacture the cabinetry and install it on your site. If you do, we supply the board and you build it yourself. Either way the material is the same ENF-grade plywood, with the same third-party test report and the same ten-year board warranty you can point your own client to.
The two arrangements
Most renovation and design firms fall clearly into one of these. If you are not sure which, say what you currently outsource and we will tell you which fits.

Why it matters to your client, not just to you
Formaldehyde comes up more often than it used to, and the difference between answering it with a number and answering it with an adjective is usually the difference in the meeting.
ENF is a defined grade with a ceiling of 0.025 mg/m³ under GB/T 39600-2021, measured in a 1m³ climate chamber. Ours came back at 0.022 mg/m³. That is something your client can look at, not something they have to take on trust.
Report JC26-WT0087, from a CMA-accredited laboratory. We will send it to you so it is yours to forward — not a certificate you have to ask us for every time a client raises the question.
Ten years on the board covers warping, delamination, blowout and moisture bubbling. If the material fails, the material is warrantied — you are not absorbing that risk alone inside your own contract with the homeowner.

How a first job usually starts
Nobody moves their whole carpentry scope to a new partner on the strength of a website. Neither would we.
Which arrangement, what the job is, where the site is and when it has to hand over. If the dates are not workable we will say so at this point rather than after you have committed to your client.
One kitchen, one unit, one pallet. Enough to see how we quote, how we communicate mid-job and whether what arrives matches what was specified.
If it worked, tell us how many projects a year you actually run and we will work out how to hold that. If it did not, you found out on one job instead of a year of them.
Questions we get asked
Both — they are two different arrangements. If you do not run your own carpentry workshop, we manufacture the cabinetry and install it on your site. If you already have a workshop and just need material, we supply ENF-grade board by the pallet and you build it yourself.
We do. The finished-carpentry arrangement covers manufacture and installation on your site, so you are handing over one scope rather than coordinating a maker and a fitter separately.
No minimum for finished carpentry — a single kitchen is a real job and we will quote it. For board supply the minimum is one pallet, which is 50 sheets. What matters more than size is telling us the scope accurately up front so the quote holds.
Tell us the volume and the timeline and we will answer straight — including saying no if we cannot hold the dates. We would rather turn a job down than take it and miss your handover, because your client blames you, not us.
ENF grade — the strictest class under GB/T 39600-2021, capped at 0.025 mg/m³. Our board tested at 0.022 mg/m³ under report JC26-WT0087, issued by the CMA-accredited Liuzhou Quality Inspection and Testing Research Center. Ask and we will send the report, so you can put it in front of your own client rather than describing it.
Ten years on the board itself — warping, delamination, blowout and moisture bubbling — plus three years against termites. It covers the board, not labour, installation or transport. It is our warranty on our material, which means you are not carrying the material risk alone on your client contract.
Yes. JIYU SDN BHD holds CIDB contractor registration 0320260709-CN000685 at Grade G7, valid to 8 July 2028. Worth being precise about what that covers: it is a contractor registration for the company, not a certification of the board. If what you need is proof about the material itself, the document to ask for is the emission test report. We put the number here because main contractors and developers usually want it on file before anyone goes on site, and it is faster to give it to you than to make you ask for it.
For board supply, no — it changes the freight arithmetic, not the product, and we have separate pages for Johor, Penang, Ipoh and Selangor. For finished carpentry with installation, distance does affect scheduling, so tell us where the site is when you first message rather than after the quote.
