A part-load carries almost the same transport cost as a full one, so the per-sheet number looks very different depending on how you order. Plan the quantity around the lorry, not around this week.
Island or mainland changes how your transporter prices and schedules the run. It is a small detail that saves a round of re-quoting.

Workshops here often supply clients who ask what is in the board. This is what you can hand them.
ENF grade under GB/T 39600-2021 — the strictest of the three classes, capped at 0.025 mg/m³. Our board measured 0.022 mg/m³. Report JC26-WT0087, issued by a CMA-accredited laboratory.
It is a formaldehyde emission test. It is not a chain-of-custody certificate, not an origin certificate and not a fire rating. If your client is asking for one of those, ask us directly and we will tell you plainly whether we have it.
Questions we get asked
No. Everything ships from Perdana Industrial Park, Puchong, Selangor. There is no Penang branch and no stock held on the island — if your job depends on collecting board the same afternoon, a local yard will serve you better and that is a fair reason to use one.
Both. The crossing is a routine part of the route for any transporter running north, but it is worth telling us which side the load lands on when you ask, because it affects how your transporter quotes the run.
We dispatch within 3 days of a confirmed order. What happens after that belongs to the logistics company you appoint — we do not quote arrival dates on their behalf, because we do not control the road.
It can be, for a first order where you want to test the board before committing. For ongoing supply most Penang buyers consolidate into fuller loads, because the freight on a part-load is spread over fewer sheets and that is what makes the landed cost feel expensive.
