The boards are bonded with soybean glue instead of urea-formaldehyde resin and tested by a CMA-accredited laboratory at 0.022 mg/m³ — inside the ENF limit of 0.025 mg/m³ under GB/T 39600-2021. Minimum order is one pallet, and every board carries a 10-year one-to-one replacement warranty.

Where is JIYU based in Malaysia?
JIYU SDN BHD operates from Perdana Industrial Park, Puchong, Selangor. We supply nationwide across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
What is ENF grade, and how is it different from E0 and E1?
ENF is the strictest formaldehyde class under GB/T 39600-2021, capped at 0.025 mg/m³ measured by the 1m³ climate chamber method. E0 allows up to 0.050 mg/m³ and E1 up to 0.124 mg/m³. Our board tested at 0.022 mg/m³ — roughly five times stricter than an E1 board.
Can I see the test report before ordering?
Yes. Report JC26-WT0087 was issued on 14 July 2026 by the Liuzhou Quality Inspection and Testing Research Center, which holds CMA accreditation. Ask on WhatsApp and our team will send you the document.
Why is the formaldehyde level so low?
Formaldehyde in plywood comes mainly from the adhesive. Our boards are bonded with soybean-based glue instead of urea-formaldehyde resin, which is what makes the ENF grade achievable.
Do you have SIRIM certification?
Selling board within Malaysia does not require SIRIM. What matters for formaldehyde is third-party testing against a recognised standard — in our case GB/T 39600-2021, tested by a CMA-accredited laboratory. SIRIM or other local marks may apply when exporting to certain countries.
Are you a building material supplier, or specifically plywood?
Specifically plywood. We are a building material supplier in the sense that engineered board is a building material — but we are not a trading company carrying cement, steel, timber and everything else under one roof. One product, one standard, so what you order this month is the same as what you ordered last month.
What is the minimum order?
One pallet — 50 sheets. That keeps the first order small enough to test the board in your own production before committing to volume.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Delamination, warping, cracking and moisture blistering of the board itself, replaced one-to-one. Termite resistance is covered for 3 years. The warranty covers the board — it does not cover installation workmanship.
Do you supply timber and other building materials as well?
No — plywood is the one thing we do. We are not a general building-material or timber trading company; we supply one engineered board, built to one standard, in two thicknesses (18 mm and 6 mm). If your job needs something outside plywood, we will tell you straight rather than sell you something we do not actually stock.
