JIYU supplies ENF-grade multi-layer plywood to cabinet makers, carpentry workshops and renovation firms in Ipoh and across Perak, shipped from our warehouse in Puchong, Selangor. There is no Ipoh branch — but of all our outstation routes this is the shortest, which is why a single trial pallet makes more commercial sense here than it does further north or south. Specifications, the third-party test report and minimum order are below.
Why a trial order works here
Switching board supplier is a risk for any workshop. The distance from Puchong to Ipoh is what makes testing that risk affordable.
On a long haul, the transport on a single pallet can cost more than the difference you were trying to test. On this route it is a much smaller share, so a one-pallet trial actually tells you something useful.
Run the trial sheets through the machines you actually use. Thickness consistency, screw hold and how the edge finishes are things you learn at the saw, not from a specification sheet.
If it behaves, talk to us about ongoing supply and order size. If it does not, you have spent one pallet finding that out instead of a quarter of production.

Small workshop, straight answer
Not every workshop should hold pallets of stock, and pretending otherwise costs you money, not us.
You cut enough in a month to turn over a pallet, and your own clients ask what the board is — so having a grade and a report number is worth something in the conversation.
You buy a few sheets at a time, job by job, and need them the same week. That is a genuinely different service and we are not going to pretend we match it from four states away.
Questions we get asked
No. Stock sits at Perdana Industrial Park, Puchong, Selangor, and ships from there. There is no Ipoh branch and no local stockholding — but Ipoh is the shortest outstation run we do, which matters for how small a trial order can sensibly be.
For Ipoh, more so than for most places. The run from Puchong is comparatively short, so the freight spread over a single pallet is less punishing than it would be to Johor or Penang. If you want to cut a trial batch before switching supplier, this is a reasonable way to do it.
We dispatch within 3 days of a confirmed order. The transit itself belongs to the transport company you appoint — we will not put a date on it for them. What we can tell you is that the distance is shorter than any of our other outstation routes.
One pallet is one pallet, whoever is ordering it. The minimum is 50 sheets, not a company size. What we would ask is roughly what you cut and how often, so we can tell you honestly whether holding stock makes sense for you or whether you are better served by a local merchant.
ENF grade — the strictest class under GB/T 39600-2021, capped at 0.025 mg/m³. Our board tested at 0.022 mg/m³ under report JC26-WT0087, issued by the CMA-accredited Liuzhou Quality Inspection and Testing Research Center. We will send the report on request before you order.
